• Prioritising the best interests of children in all our decisions, programs, and activities. Every child is unique and deserving of equal respect and opportunities for growth.
• Ensuring a staff team comprised of highly qualified professionals who are carefully screened, trained, and dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for  children.
• Having clear and transparent policies and procedures in place, which are communicated effectively to all stakeholders to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe environment for children.
• Fostering an open culture that empowers children by encouraging communication, listening to their voices, and respecting their opinions and concerns.
• Regular review and improvement of our practices by seeking feedback from children, families, and staff to continually enhance our commitment to the National Child Safe Principles.
•  Collaboration with parents, caregivers, communities, and relevant authorities to ensure a holistic approach to child safety, creating a network of support around each child.
• Actively promoting awareness and education on child safety among our staff, children, families, and the wider community, encouraging vigilance and understanding of potential risks.
• Being proactive in preventing child abuse or neglect and responding swiftly and effectively to any concerns or disclosures.
